Before opening this restaurant in 2023, I served as the executive chef at a Japanese restaurant in Bangkok, Thailand, and also ran my own establishment in Kyoto. Wanting to create a more personalized dining experience, I decided to open this 10-seat restaurant where every dish is prepared to match the finest seasonal ingredients available that day.
Each course is an omakase experience, meaning the menu is a surprise until the moment it is served. I always strive to accommodate my guests’ preferences, so please feel free to share any dislikes or requests. Every dish is prepared with great care and attention to detail.
Tucked away in a quiet Kyoto alley, this intimate traditional Japanese restaurant is a hidden gem, run entirely by the chef himself. Guests remove their shoes before entering, immersing themselves in a traditional yet relaxed setting. The restaurant features a six-seat counter and a four-seat table, allowing for an up-close view of the chef at work.
Every course is omakase, thoughtfully curated based on the day’s freshest ingredients and guests’ preferences. Guests can also select a course centered around sushi or hot pot, tailoring their experience while still enjoying the chef’s expertise in seasonal Japanese cuisine.
*Vegetarian, Vegan, and Gluten-Free Kaiseki options also available.
*All images shown are examples and may slightly differ from the menu served.
The chef carefully selects the freshest seafood each day, sourced directly from trusted producers to ensure every dish highlights the best flavors of the season. The menu may also feature premium and rare ingredients, offering a truly unique dining experience.
Whenever possible, the restaurant accommodates dietary preferences, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. Guests wishing to request a kaiseki course tailored to their dietary needs are encouraged to provide detailed information in advance, as some accommodations may not be possible.
