A message from the Chef
Our restaurant has been serving customers in Shinjuku for over 50 years, making us one of the long-established names in the area. I took over from the previous owner and have now been running the restaurant for more than 20 years.
What we are most proud of is our kamameshi—a traditional Japanese rice dish cooked in a clay pot. I hope you’ll enjoy not only the flavors of the seasonal ingredients but also the fragrant aroma and crisp layer of rice at the bottom of the pot. We look forward to welcoming you to dine with us.
