A message from the Chef

The true essence of teppanyaki (hot plate grilling) lies in the direct interaction with our guests across the counter. If you have specific preferences for taste, doneness, or anything else, please don’t hesitate to let us know—we will accommodate your requests as much as possible.

We also offer the unique option to choose between traditional teppanyaki or a flavorful wood-fire grill for your meat, providing a custom dining experience.

Feel free to ask our sommelier to help you pair your meal with the perfect wine or beverage for an unforgettable teppanyaki kaiseki dinner!

About

Located just a 5-minute walk from Kanazawa Station, this teppanyaki restaurant specializes in teppanyaki and wood-fire grilling. The restaurant takes pride in sourcing the finest Japanese wagyu beef, such as Noto beef and Toyama beef from the Hokuriku region, as well as premium-quality wagyu from Kyushu and the Kanto area.

A unique feature of this restaurant is that diners are able to choose between teppanyaki or wood-fire grilling. In front of the restaurant, you’ll notice stacks of oak wood—the same material used for whisky barrels—which are use to enhance the aroma and flavor of meats grilled over the open flame.

What is Teppanyaki?

Teppanyaki is a style of Japanese cuisine where ingredients such as premium meats, seafood, and fresh vegetables are cooked on a large iron griddle (“teppan”) right in front of you.
