To ensure the freshest seasonal ingredients, this kaiseki dinner menu changes daily, and there is no fixed menu. The difference between the various Omakase Kaiseki menus lies in the ingredients used (e.g., premium selections) and the number of dishes. This kaiseki menu features premium ingredients.
