I’ve been passionate about Japanese cuisine for over 30 years, constantly learning and being inspired by its depth. I opened this restaurant to share that passion with others.

To ensure the freshest seasonal ingredients, this kaiseki dinner menu changes daily, and there is no fixed menu. The difference between the various Omakase Kaiseki menus lies in the ingredients used (e.g., premium selections) and the number of dishes.
