A message from the Chef
We offer traditional, Kyoto-style kaiseki cuisine, which has a history of over 1,200 years! The basic principle of Kyoto cuisine (known as kyo-ryori) is to make the most of each ingredient we use. We serve seasonal Kyoto cuisine with the best ingredients such as seafood from the surrounding waters, Kyoto vegetables, Kyoto rice, Kyoto meat, and more, without adding unnecessary touches.
You can relax at a table, or sit at the wood counter, where you can enjoy the view of our chefs at work. We look forward to welcoming you to dine with us in Kyoto!
