We are located on Hanamikoji Street, a street in Kyoto’s Gion neighborhood that still retains its traditional landscape of long-established restaurants & tea houses. Our restaurant is also located inside of a traditional Japanese architecture, which adds to the historical atmosphere. We specialize in offering shabu shabu hotpot such as yudofu tofu set, soymilk hot pot, unique Kyoto-style cuisine, and more. Please enjoy a leisurely time in the heart of Gion while enjoying an exquisite kaiseki dinner.

About

Enjoy an kaiseki dinner in an elegant Kyoto-style machiya in Kyoto’s Gion neighborhood. The interior is decorated in a renovated Japanese style with Kyoto-ware created by Kyoto artists collected by the owner-chef.

We recommend sitting at the counter to admire the the chef at work while enjoying a conversation as you savor the food. There are also private rooms that over look the Japanese garden, which is perfect fro groups or special occasion dinner.

10 Course Menu Kyoto Kaiseki Omakase(25,300 yen / per person)

To offer the freshest seasonal ingredients, there is no set ingredient list as it will change daily. The difference between the 13,200 yen Kyoto Kaiseki, and the 25,300 yen Kyoto Kaiseki will be the variety of ingredients used (i.e. premium ingredients.)

A completely omakase style dinner course, where the chef specially selects each ingredient and dish depending on the freshest ingredient procured on that day. If you have any allergies or food aversions, please let the restaurant know ahead of time.
