How do I make a reservation?: [STEP 1] Once you have decided on your Kaiseki course, press the "Reservation Request" button and fill in the form.
[STEP 2] With the information you have provided, we will check the restaurant's availability for you.
- If there is availability, we will reserve your table immediately, and send you a PayPal Payment request.
- If there is no availability, we will inform you by email.
[STEP 3] Please complete your payment within 24 hours to confirm your reservation.
- If we cannot confirm your payment, your reservation will be cancelled automatically.

* Free cancellations when reservation cancellations are made 2 or more days in advance. A 100% cancellation charge will incur if a cancellation is made one day before your reserved date or the day of your experience. Kaiseki dinner reservation inquiries & payment must be completed at least 2 days before your restaurant reservation date.

The restaurant asks that all guests within the same group select the same kaiseki dinner course. This is to ensure that all guests are able to enjoy each dish in its freshest state, and, as each dish is prepared one-by-one, everyone is able to savor their kaiseki dinner together.
