The tempura here are all fried in 100% rice oil and the tempura batter is made from 100% rice flour – allowing its chefs to create a light & crisp tempura each and every time. The use of rice oil & rice flour creates not only a gluten-free tempura, but because it features no distinct taste, it allows the full flavor of each individual ingredient to be the star of the show.
